A bulk appointment is not a demolition haul-off

Phoenix uses appointment-based bulk trash collection. Its published exclusions include concrete, brick, dirt, rock and roofing material, along with construction or demolition material beyond its stated limits. A household furniture pickup and a remodel debris load need different plans.

For a kitchen remodel, keep the removed tile, drywall and cabinets on the project scope instead of assuming they can join a household bulk pile. For a sofa or a few eligible household items, first compare the city option with the lifting and access help you need.

Prepare the visit around your property

If your project is in an occupied home, show the route from the work room to the truck and identify the doorway or floor that needs protection. If you manage a rental, separate the contents cleanout from attached flooring or cabinetry so the estimate covers the right work.

The crew handles the agreed lifting, loading, haul-off and cleanup. Prices are confirmed before work; no appointment is reserved by selecting a preferred date. Sandlot does not haul hazardous materials.
