LET’S CLEAR
THINGS UP.

The practical details before the heavy lifting.

What can you take?

Household clutter, furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, garage and attic contents, construction debris, yard waste, and most non-hazardous materials. Send a photo if you’re unsure.

What can’t you take?

Sandlot does not haul hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, fuels, oils, asbestos, chemicals or medical waste. Ask the team about the appropriate disposal route for those items.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Estimates are free, with no obligation to book. The team confirms the price and scope before work begins.

Can you price a job from photos?

Photos are often enough to start an estimate. Send clear views of the items or space and tell us about access. Larger demolition projects may need an in-person assessment.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. Sandlot works with homeowners, landlords, property managers, contractors and local businesses.

What should I do before the crew arrives?

Tell us where to park and clearly identify anything you want to keep. The crew handles lifting and loading. Remove valuable or personal belongings from the work area.

Is cleanup included?

Yes. Sandlot removes the debris and sweeps the work area before leaving.

How soon can you come out?

Timing depends on the project and the current schedule. Send a preferred date or call. An appointment request becomes a booking only when Sandlot confirms it.

Where does everything go?

Sandlot sorts usable materials for donation or recycling where practical, and uses approved disposal facilities for the rest.

Can I see license and insurance details?

Ask Sandlot for current license and insurance documentation before the job starts.

A clearer plan. A better start.

See how actual Sandlot work comes together, then use a practical guide to prepare your own project.
