What you share
An estimate request includes your name, phone number, optional email, project location and description, preferred date, contact preference, consent and any photos you attach.
Why we collect it
To review the project, prepare an estimate, respond to your request, arrange work and follow up about it. Sandlot does not sell your information.
Your photos
Uploaded images are checked and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata before storage. Avoid including people, identity documents or information unrelated to the job.
Drafts and the assistant
The form can save typed details for the current browser session. Use “Clear saved details” to remove them. The assistant generates replies using a small model trained on Sandlot’s published information and supplied with current service facts. Messages and drafts are kept in your browser session so you can continue on another page. Questions are processed by Sandlot’s dedicated local model runtime, not a separately billed AI provider. “New chat” clears the conversation in this browser. Do not put sensitive personal information in chat.
Who can access it
Information is used by the people handling your request and the service infrastructure needed to operate this website, or shared when required by law.
