An interior opened to framing and slab

Two photographs from Sandlot’s gallery show interior spaces opened to framing and a cleared concrete slab. They demonstrate the visible endpoint of a broad tear-out rather than the finished condition of a renovated home.

What the photographs show

Open framing reveals how much of the interior finish has been removed. Ductwork and other overhead elements remain visible. The photographs are useful for talking about the difference between removing finishes and removing the structure itself.

The cleared slab gives the next phase room to begin, but a photograph does not confirm substrate preparation, structural approval or the condition of hidden services. Those questions need their own assessment.

Use this to plan your own job

If you need several rooms opened up, provide a room-by-room removal list and a clear keep list. Ask which inspections, utility work or material assessments must happen first. Agree on the condition to be handed to the next trade instead of using “full gut” as the entire specification.

Start with a free estimate. Send your location, safe overview photos, approximate dimensions and the route to the truck. Identify the items and surfaces you want protected. The team may need to see uncertain conditions in person before confirming a price.
